DOGCHAT: Looking for an English Setter - field

Hi:

I had a call from someone looking for an English Setter, field type, of any
age, either sex, and preferably tri-color. This is a companion animal home,
not a competition home. She has an English Setter now, a spayed female, not
an alpha dog. She is looking for a dog to rescue and has already searched
with ACES. I gave her some other rescue contacts as she would prefer to rescue.

She lives in Hawaii and is aware of the restrictions on importing a dog to
the Islands. I believe the only requirement now is a recent rabies vax. and a
titer 4 months later before the dog is shipped.

If you have or know of an available dog, please send replies to me as I
neglected to ask her if I could give out her email address.

Hi:

I neglected to say that this lady doesn't want a puppy. She prefers to
rescue a dog who needs rescuing. Money to buy from a breeder isn't the issue as
she will make a donation to rescue. Sorry for leaving this additional
information out.
